Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Wyldpytch Cloud, a self-hosted Nextcloud instance operated by Inadroptech ("we", "us", "our", "Operator").

By creating an account or using Wyldpytch Cloud in any way, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference.

Access to Wyldpytch Cloud is by invitation only. If you have been granted access, you are responsible for complying with these Terms and ensuring that anyone who uses your account does the same.

2. Service Description

Wyldpytch Cloud provides file storage, synchronization, and sharing capabilities through the Nextcloud platform, hosted on privately owned and operated server infrastructure.

The service includes, but is not limited to:

• File and folder storage accessible via web browser, desktop client, and mobile apps
• File synchronization across devices using the official Nextcloud client software
• Sharing of files and folders with other authorized users
• Collaboration features available within the Nextcloud platform
• Calendar, contacts, and other Nextcloud apps that may be enabled

The service is provided on an invitation-only basis. The Operator reserves the right to limit storage quotas, enabled features, and the number of users at any time.

3. Accounts

Account Credentials

Your account credentials (username and password) are personal and may not be shared with any other person. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You must notify us immediately at pralhad@inadroptech .com if you suspect unauthorized use of your account or any other security breach.

Account Accuracy

If account registration requires you to provide information, you agree to provide accurate and complete information and to keep that information up to date.

One Account per User

Each invited user may hold one account. Creating multiple accounts to circumvent storage limits or other restrictions is prohibited.

4. Acceptable Use

Wyldpytch Cloud is provided for personal file storage, backup, and synchronization purposes. You agree to use the service in a manner that is:

• Lawful under applicable local, national, and international law
• Respectful of the server resources shared with other authorized users
• Consistent with the intended purpose of the service
• In compliance with these Terms and our Privacy Policy

You are solely responsible for the content you store, sync, or share through the service. The Operator does not review the content of files stored on the service.

5. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

Illegal Content

• Storing, transmitting, or distributing content that is illegal under applicable law
• Content that infringes intellectual property rights of others, including pirated software, media, or copyrighted materials without authorization
• Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or any other exploitative content

Security Violations

• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to any part of the service, server, or another user's account
• Uploading files containing malware, ransomware, viruses, or other harmful code
• Probing, scanning, or testing the vulnerability of the system without authorization
• Attempting to interfere with or disrupt the service or its infrastructure

Resource Abuse

• Using the service for activities that consume disproportionate server resources, including running automated scripts, crawlers, or bots
• Attempting to circumvent storage quotas through workarounds or multiple accounts
• Using the service to host public-facing content, websites, or web applications

Other Prohibited Uses

• Sharing your account credentials with unauthorized third parties
• Using the service for commercial purposes without explicit written permission
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to derive the source code of any component of the service infrastructure

Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension and termination without notice.

6. Content Ownership and License

Your Content

You retain full ownership of all files, documents, and other content that you upload to or create on Wyldpytch Cloud. We make no claim of ownership over your content.

License to Operate

By storing content on the service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to store, process, and transmit your content solely as necessary to provide the service to you. This license does not extend to any other use.

No Content Monetization

We will never sell, license, or otherwise monetize your content or metadata derived from it to any third party.

Responsibility for Content

You are solely responsible for ensuring that any content you store on the service does not violate any third-party rights or applicable law. The Operator is not liable for any content stored by users.

7. Service Availability

Wyldpytch Cloud is a personal infrastructure project. While we make reasonable efforts to keep the service available and reliable, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access.

The service may be temporarily unavailable due to:

• Scheduled maintenance and updates
• Hardware failures or repairs
• Power or network outages
• Security incidents or emergency actions
• Any other circumstances beyond our reasonable control

We strongly recommend that you maintain your own independent backups of any data you consider important. Do not rely on Wyldpytch Cloud as your sole backup solution.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Wyldpytch Cloud and its Operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

• Loss of data, files, or content stored on the service
• Loss of business, revenue, or profits
• Interruption of service or inability to access the service
• Unauthorized access to or alteration of your data by third parties

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

In jurisdictions that do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitation of liability, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

9. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the Operator from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or relating to:

• Your use of the service in violation of these Terms
• Content you upload, store, or share on the service
• Your violation of any applicable law or regulation
• Your violation of any third-party rights

10. Termination

Termination by You

You may stop using the service at any time. To have your account and associated data permanently deleted, contact us at pralhad@inadroptech .com. We will process deletion requests within 14 days.

Termination by Us

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate your access to the service, with or without notice, in the following circumstances:

• Violation of these Terms or the Privacy Policy
• Conduct that is harmful to other users, the service, or us
• Failure to comply with applicable law
• Discontinuation of the service

Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your right to access the service ceases immediately. Stored data will be retained for up to 30 days after termination to allow you to request a copy before permanent deletion. After 30 days, all data associated with the account is permanently deleted.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the use of Wyldpytch Cloud shall first be attempted to be resolved through direct communication with the Operator.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the effective date at the top of this document and make reasonable efforts to notify active users.

Your continued use of the service after the updated Terms take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using the service and contact us to close your account.
